In the next three months I want to lose weight. I want eat healthier because I want to live longer, stay fit and boost up my confidence. I would like to go
out more often so I could make friends. I would also
want to save up money for my Canada trip and to get better grades this
semester. I hope I can accomplish these goals soon.
No hoping.. YOU CAN! No one is stopping you, but yourself. AND you know you can and will accomplish your goals! Be organized! Make lists!
ReplyDeleteBest way to loose weight: Cook everything early and keep it in containers (I cook on Sundays for the whole week). Have nuts and seeds and dried fruit in baggies to take with you everywhere if you get hungry. This is how I did it. It works@!!
